I like making tacos, playing with different kinds of things and flavors to put between tortillas. I really want to learn to make corn tortillas from scratch. I haven't been cooking as much lately, because (1) cooking for one is no fun and (2) my teeny kitchen is such a mess lately.

I've tried a lot of different things in the past. I'm just lazy lately.
