Welcome once again to Thursday Recs!

Today we've got something special: flowersforgraves is running Trans Characters Promptfest 2022! Click the link to find the rules; they're pretty standard. I will point out that, though this is not a kink-specific meme, it is 18+ only, so heads up on that.

Right now there are thirty-some prompts, and a handful of fills; the fest is open until September 4th.

This week, I am recommending the book The Story of the Stone by Barry Hughart. It is the second book of the Master Li Trilogy, although the books are loosely standalone. It was the first place I saw an openly bisexual character. His name is Moon Boy, and he is...well, who or what Moon Boy is drives much of the plot. The book is also extremely sex worker positive.
