To help support those impacted, we’re waiving our revenue share on all sales this Friday, March 20, from midnight to midnight PST. Alexander James Adams and Heather Alexander; my favorite is Wintertide, Christian and Pagan winter music which they recorded together after Alec came back from Faerie and before Heather went back there. (Alec's "We Three Kings" is the definitive version of the hymn, accept no substitutes!)

Thank you for posting about this. I thought it was wonderful that they did it... then did it again... I missed getting to utilize such a wondrous event due to my elderly cat slipping out of the house and wandering away, obviously placing everything else out of mind. (She made it home after a couple of days.) It was a very cool thing and I hope it shows up again sometime.

Oh, goodness! I'm very glad to hear you got your cat back, even if you missed this event. But hey, since they did it twice, I'm sure they'll do it again eventually! I'll be sure to keep my ear to the ground and will try to post about it here if I find out about it happening again.

Just got this email from Bandcamp!

This Friday, June 5th (from midnight to midnight PDT), we’re once again waiving our revenue share for all sales on Bandcamp to support artists impacted by Covid-19. We’ve put together a list of artists and labels preparing special releases for Friday, including those donating their share to organizations in support of racial justice and change.

In addition, on Friday, June 19th, we’re donating 100% of our share of sales to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, a racial justice organization with a long history of effectively enacting change through litigation, advocacy, and public education. Please read our statement here.

I know! I got it yesterday afternoon! I'm excited! I'm not sure what I'll get. Part of me wants to buy a whole discography of, say, Mystic Crock... It's awesome that whole discographies are available on this site.
