I'm going to recommend the small community I run, thankfulthursday. It's not specifically queer but it is moderated by a queer person (me).

Everyone and their mother has probably already heard of this, but I love the graphic novel Her Tears Were My Light. It's on itch.io, works on Windows, iOS, Linux and Android, and it's only 3$. If you want to cry about lesbians go play it!
