Thursday is here again, and with it, perhaps some new recs to investigate 👀

Shameless self-rec time! I participated in this year's pokepodproject, and was assigned Xatu and Sneasel; I also wrote a treat for Smeargle. Now, I as the author being queer is enough for this to count for Thursday Recs, but the Sneasel fic also features a nonbinary main character! Do check them out if any of them seem interesting to you—and then maybe glance at the rest of the fics, as well 👀 There's a few entries from last year that feature queer main characters, too!

Xatu: An Eye on the Sky - Julian hadn't been working for Hoenn's Safari Zone for long when he first met a particularly enigmatic Xatu.

Sneasel: An Unlikely Ally - Midori had expected that starting a new Pokémon Day Care would be difficult; they hadn't expected this particular problem, though...

Smeargle: Artistic Collaboration - While stuck in a creative slump, Smeargle takes the opportunity to help a Pokémon in need.

Queer 'n' Fear, Bara jam, and Yuri Game Jam are all currently ongoing. Queer 'n' Fear and Bara jam are games only, but Yuri Game Jam allows any media.

YouTuber Luxeria has a secondary channel called Luxeria Labs, which focuses on travel, photography, and tech. It has a much calmer vibe than her main channel. I do prefer the travel videos and I recommend these three specifically (not links, sorry):
